To place an order for one or more items, you should follow the usual procedure for online stores: use the buttons next to each item to add an item to the basket. When you have finished your selection, simply proceed to check-out, following the instructions provided by the website at each stage of the journey. By clicking on “Buy”, you accept all the Terms & Conditions.
Although colors are represented as accurately as possible, shades may vary from monitor to monitor. If you are ordering a custom piece, samples of the materials can be sent free of charge for you to handle and compare in person. Catz the Maker’s online product catalog is independent of any partnership with other physical or online stores in terms of prices and stock quantities.
All Catz the Maker products and pieces are handmade by the project’s founder, Catarina Teixeira. Because they are handmade, each piece is unique and unrepeatable, with unique characteristics and details.
Payments are accepted by Credit Card, MbWay, Bank Transfer and Paypal. Non-payment orders after the date they were placed will automatically be canceled. Shipping costs will be added to the price, depending on the delivery destination. If you live outside the European Union, please note that customs in your country may charge additional fees (which vary from country to country). If you want to be on the safe side, please check your country’s customs fees before placing your order.
Deliveries are made via CTT REGISTADO or carrier, depending on the nature and fragility of the items. You will receive an e-mail with the respective tracking information as soon as the order has been sent. The shipping costs accepted by you at the time of purchase correspond to a service provided by Catz the Maker or its distribution partners that guarantees the shipment of the order to the destination country, and cannot be held responsible for any additional customs duties or product restrictions in some countries. Catz the Maker is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure that your shipping information is entered correctly to ensure that it arrives safely. If delivery does not take place and the distribution partner is unable to notify the recipient by phone or email, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier. If the package is returned to the sender after not being collected during the time period allocated by the local postal authorities, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the costs of a second delivery. Recycled/reused and recyclable shipping and packaging materials are used wherever possible.
Deliveries to the European Union, UK, USA. If you live in a country not included in this list, please contact hello@catzthemaker.com. Prompt delivery orders are dispatched within a maximum of one week of receipt of payment, unless prior notice is given. Orders not paid for after the date they were placed will automatically be canceled. Delivery times (European Union) vary from 3-8 working days, depending on the type of item and the shipping service in use. For countries outside the EU, the estimated time is 4-10 working days, but may be extended due to customs. Commissioned works (bespoke) are subject to quotation, and delivery time varies depending on the size of the piece and other projects that may be in hand. Estimated deadlines, quotes and deliveries will be detailed with the client, via e-mail.
Catz the Maker reserves the right to refuse any order.
I hope you enjoy your order and that it meets your expectations. But if you are not satisfied or if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, so please take the utmost care when making your purchase. In the European Union, customers can return ready-to-order items within 14 days of delivery. Only items that have not been used or altered and are in the same condition as when purchased will be accepted. Customers wishing to return items are responsible for the cost of shipping by express courier with tracking and must notify me by email with the tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss of value. Returns will not be accepted outside the European Union. If you receive a package damaged in transit, please contact me by e-mail, indicating the order number and attaching a photograph of the item and the packaging. This e-mail must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for damaged items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No exchanges, refunds or returns are accepted on commissioned items (made to order).
